Her work is characterized by the sensuality and emotionality instilled in her by the nature of her native land. In 2019, she moved to Portugal, where she began a period of experimentation and her journey as an artist.

ARTIST STATMENT
In my work, I want to convey the idea of relaxed and spontaneous life, the importance of taking risks and not being afraid of the unknown. As a dreamer and traveler, I draw inspiration from nature. Living by the ocean and participating in voyages of discovery evoke a continuous spectrum of emotions and inspire me to create and express my inner self on canvas. My studio practice is an exploration of autobiographical history, moving to another country, traveling and realizing my place and role in the world. It is based on the guiding principles of constant change. A period of deep introspection and personal transformation was the inspiration for my series of works on Sea and Boats. The influence of artists such as Paul Cézanne, Henri Rousseau and Pablo Picasso has created in me a desire to use vivid colors and forms in painting that are more expressive and detached from realistic representation. On the one hand, there is an intimate, personal moment of reflection, as the boats in my work symbolize not only travel and freedom, but also escape from boundaries, hope and the path to new possibilities and new realities. On the other hand, inheriting the avant-garde in the pursuit of the conventionality of the visual sign, I tell a universal story about each of us.
